Pedro Souss has over 20 years of experience in information technology, management information systems integration, financial solutions for e-Government as well as e-Commerce applications including Single Windows & One Stop Shop.  He is the General Manager of IOSsoft Inc. an affiliate of IOS Partners Inc. and oversees the Information Communication and Technology for Development and e-Government practices.  Mr. Souss is qualified in all facets of the Information Communication and Technology for Development project life cycle, from the initial feasibility analysis and conceptual design to implementation, user training and enhancement.  

After a prestigious banking career at Bank of Boston Mr. Souss served as a senior consultant to various international organizations including the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, USAID, United Nations, Inter-American Development Bank and Millennium Challenge Corporation.

He holds an MS in Computer Science, an Engineer Diploma from the Institute Francais du Petrole, a BA in Business administration and is certified in ISO9001:2015, Agile Scrum Master Methodology, and Cannabis Industry and Compliance Requirements.
